College Application Processing Form
The Comsewogue High School Guidance Department uses a college application form to process all transcripts and documents to colleges and universities. Students must complete this form for every college/university they are submitting applications to so that requested transcripts and documentation may be submitted on their behalf. All processing forms must be submitted at least 10 school days prior to the college/university's application deadline to ensure that it is received by the institution on time.
