Summer School Information

Courses Offered

Summer School Credit Recovery through Educere is available for Comsewogue High School students who have failed OR would like to improve their grade in specific courses. Summer School Courses available include:

English Courses

English 9 English 10 English 11 English 12

Social Studies Courses

Global History 9, 10 US History Economics American Government (Government and Mock Trial/Participation in Government)

Mathematics Courses

Algebra 1 Geometry Fundamentals of Math (Topics in Geometry) Algebra 2

Science Courses

Life Sciences/Biology (Living Environment) Earth and Space Sciences (Earth Science) Physical Science Chemistry Physics Astronomy Environmental Science

Cost and Registration

Register for Summer School Through Educere

Payments must be made through MySchoolBucks.  Please be advised that starting July 1, 2026, the cost will be $245 per course. Students may enroll in a maximum of 3 courses.

Summer School will run through Thursday, August 13, 2026. Click the link above to register through Educere.

Regents Retakes

Students who would like to retake a Regents exam to improve their grade can opt to do so by retaking the exam in August. Students who earn a higher grade during the August administration will have their lower grade replaced on their transcript. Registration must be completed by Tuesday, July 1st.
